The F SHOW Diaries: Thailand
(Part 5 of 16)

To date, The FSHOW has visited 10 countries: Australia,New Zealand,Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong (China), Macau (Ka-Ching!), Myanmar, and Bangladesh (…and the host currently is recovering from food poisoning).

Today we will cover Thailand, the country with the best young coconuts, awesome nuts, and hot chocolate (yummy hot chocolate with big marshmallows!).

The FSHOW interviewed one of Forbes Asia’s Most Powerful Women, intrapreneur and leader at Malee, Roongchat Boonyarat (What she had to say was AWESOME. You’ll have to wait to hear her when The FSHOW goes live!). We also had the pleasure of interviewing up and coming graphic & app designer intrapreneur and Japanese Obi handbag entrepreneur/mompreneur at Ari + Tai, Rachel Mense (…what beautiful products and beautiful woman!). There was a third interview that took place but this one will be kept secret until we overview Myanmar (there may or may not be royal blood involved)!

In lieu of an F&F Meet-Up (…curious about what this is?Click it!), the FSHOW host, Lolita Taub, had a family/family-friend reunion in Bangkok. Along with her husband, Josh, Lolita met up with her father-in-law (who’s decided to retire in Thailand — not joking and I know you’re jealous), his girlfriend, Crazy Gideon (if you want to laugh right now, watch this), and Fufu (photographer for Fashion TV …a big deal if you want to be a supermodel) for a fish & chips dinner (thank youBritain)!

A day before departing (and after a young coconut) Lolita and Josh met with their Thailand host, Kitsada Ruayjaroensap, an incredibly good-hearted man taking on the reigns of the largest nut producer in Thailand,Koh-Kae! This happened at a hot chocolate shop (and yes, we talked a lot about nuts — good thing I like them!).

Undoubtedly, Bangkok was incredible! A special thanks goes to all the people before mentioned, as well as: Poon (who coordinated transportation and sent over a gift backpack full of nuts! Yes, nuts — chicken flavored, BBQ flavored…! Lolita ate an entire can of nuts for dinner on her last night in Bangkok.), Ronen (who lent us hisAppsFlyersoffice space for filming and hosting an FSHOW-Jewish community gathering), Sajinee (who dropped by for hot chocolate even though she had just arrived from a 14+ hour flight from NY), Emshika (who introduced me to Kitsada and accidentally popularized a Thai F&F Meet-Up in NYC instead of Thailand. She’s just that cool.), and the lady (whose name escapes me but was so nice to give us cafe lattes and…) who let us useAntares’s office space, my father-in-law (for leading the Thai Jewish entourage) and Nana (for ordering pasta at the seafood restaurant!).

The F SHOW Diaries is a series of 16 blog entries that capture the show’s creator’s 4 month journey across 18 countries to create The F SHOW.

The F SHOW features inspiration, guidance, and stories from 83 female millennial entrepreneurs CEOs in 6 continents and 23 countries.
